Quadis Technologies merging with Summit Group Software, Inc.

Summit Group Software, Inc. and Quadis Technologies, Inc. have merged. The combined companies employ approximately 40 people and service over 500 customers throughout the United States and Canada. Quadis Technologies will operate as a subsidiary of Summit Group Software.
Summit Group Software is based in West Fargo, ND. Quadis Technologies is headquartered out of Lincoln, NE, with an additional office in Sioux City, IA. Both Quadis Technologies and Summit Group Software provide consulting services for enterprise resource planning and customer relationship management applications based on Microsoft Dynamics products.
