In order to provide the best services possible, Quadis Technologies employs staff members whose primary responsibilities are making sure that our clients receive the support they need. From on-site support to remote resolution guidance, all it takes is a phone call or email. If you can’t reach someone right away, you can expect a response within four hours during regular business hours (Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. CST). We also have consultants on call outside of normal business hours if an emergency is encountered. Please be advised that additional fees apply to after hours and weekend/holiday support services.

Prior to contacting our support team you may want to check out Microsoft's KnowledgeBase available on CustomerSource to those users current on one of the Microsoft Dynamics enhancement plans.
